This technique uses a metaphor of “TEAM JOURNEY”, to make the team visualize how they have been working together as a team. You may have noticed that whenever we as a team travel together, be it in a train, boat, or a plane, it creates a special bonding between the team members. If you had to now think of your team running smoothly and having fun at work, you may want to think of it as a team journey. Come up with data about how your sprints have been so far and how you could make this journey a better and more enjoyable one. Draw the above picture on a whiteboard and make teams inspect and adapt based on their past sprints. Help the teams come up with, blockers, enablers and some new initiatives that they would like to take up based on their past journey.
